EQdkp-Plus - DKP System - Raidplaner - Guildportal - Gildenportal - WoW, Lotro, Runes of Magic home of the EQDKP Plus Projekt

First of all, thanks for updating and developing eqdkp and all that comes along with it, very much appreciated.

I have some ingame command issues that I would like to get sorted out.
The only command I can get to work is /dkp to check my own dkp. I.e /dkp player or /dkp mage does not work at all.
Is this a known issue or is it possible to get it to function properly? I get no error messages ingame, nor any error messages when updating our dkp standings ( atleast none that I have seen ). I do use the /gdc command for info and the config window etc..but would love to have our members to view others dkp and their class's dkp etc as intended.
In the read me file there was a lot of /dkp commands , but almost none works for me.

Edit : Actually, I get an error message when I attempt to get other players dkp through a whisper.

since ne version, the "old" whisper comands are no longer possible
every player need to have teh addon isntalled, which syncs with the Raidleader to get teh current DKP
the whisper is only a backup to get your own DKP, not of anyone else

The readme files need to be updated to indicate the /dkp commands no longer work. Only recently started using this addon and this had me confused and I thought something was broken.

GetDKP doesn't need to be installed on every client in your guild.
Use /gdl to get DKP values from others.

That is correct, but I believe you misunderstood what functions I was looking for.
I dont want all guildies,trials,casuals etc to install GetDKP ( cause they wont, and it isnt casual friendly to install ). /gdl requires that you have getdkp installed...and that is obviously working.
I just want them to send whispers to an officer with GetDKP installed if they have interest in their own dkp and others dkp etc in-game. The read-me file states that they dont need to have Getdkp installed, but it seems a bit outdated ;)

Ok - now I unterstood your problem ;-)
You're right, the readme file is out of date ... it is not possible to get these info through whisper commands.

But with the "client mode" GetDKP became more handy for causals and those who have no idea how to configure complex addons like CTRA etc.
Simply install it and use the data transfer function, so you don't have to configure the dkp.exe stuff if you think it's too complicated for you (or your guild mates).
With this method only one person in the raid (with at least "A" permissions) needs a "full" GetDKP configuration (with the EQDKP->GetDKP interface).
