Let me start by saying I am using the MRT addon in game.

I copy and paste the script but when I parse it, it shows the hour as 1 hour earlier than my raid times. For instance, my raid starts at 7:30 but when I import the start it shows up as 18:30 :(

I can't find any settings in the addon or in the raid import or in the site that lets me adjust the time zone.

Now I just manually edit the time but want to know if I am missing a setting somewhere.

yeah thats a problem currently. we have fixed that in 0.7, but it isnt released yet. I'll see if i can anyhow add a fix for that for 0.6

with the upcoming version of rli 0.5.7.1, you have the option to add/substract a flat amount of hours from all imported times.
