First of all, try to read the orange box, the embedded link and do as told there.
Afterwards check if the query port is correct, this is the most common problem.

Sorry to say but im experiencing the same issue with teamspeak server.
Filled out the required fields, switch around query and udp just to be sure, but nothing seems to work.

I can't get it to connect for the life of me.
Been searching the forum and google but not logical answers as to whats causing this problem.

Safe mode is on though, not sure if thats the reason why, but worth mentioning.

Is there anyone who has had this sort of problem and managed to correct it, or is there anyone has some tips that i can try?

Oh and yes i've used the query thing to find the correct port.

I would say: Safe mode limits outgoing connections on your host. Means your webspace cannot communicate with the ts server.

Thanks for the reply.

Yea that might be it.
But the thing is i got Eqdkpplus running on 2 different servers where 1 of them is without Safe mode ON, got the same issue there.
But i'll leave it.
Too much hassle.

Cheers anyway.

You can send me your ts server datas and i will try to setup the module at my sandbox. (Don't need the password) so we will see if it's a webspace problem ;)

I have same problem with Teamspek - doesn't work.

It works fine with Ventrilo, and quite easy to setup.

"Doesn't work" is NOT!!!! an error message. If you have problems and want it solved, post the error message.
