Hey everyone!

I have somewhat of a odd problem. I'm using eqdkp with joomla 1.5 bridge and it's been working great actually. Suddenly today a member of our guild was going to sign in and sign up for a raid when she got the message that her username or password was incorrect?

She's logged in with the same information earlier and it still works for the joomla part since she signed in there minutes before the raid site!
I tried removing her user thinking that she could log in and claim her characters again etc. but even if I removed her she got the same error message?

Still working for me and the rest of the members tough, any idea what might be causing it and how to fix it?

Avoid using special chars in the password.

Sorry, never noticed I got a reply so this is coming a tad late!

She isn't using anything but Letters and numbers, 6 characters, mixed caps and not!

Thing is that I found out another member have the same problem today actually... any suggestion how to debug it?

Yes send me those usernames and get me an admin login to both systems. I will need to test a few things.

hmm, hope this doesnt count as bumping the thread since I'm already at the top :D

Just wondering if you had the time to see if you found anything that might be causing it?

Hello

It would be nice to know the outcome of this issue. I have a simliar problem with SMF2 bridge.

A user have register at forum, but cant log in to EQDKP and get same message as the one topic starter described. I have tried to delte and recreate forum user and I did the same with the character in the EQDKP roster.

Im getting a bit lost here, and Im afraid I might have done the problem worse.
