You don't have to do this. The dkp.exe will examine the right directory ("GetDKP" or "GetDKP\GetDKPData") itself.
Nevertheless - in most cases (if you installed WoW properly) the GetDKP-path ("line 1", as you called it ^^) will be read from the registry and doesn't need to be changed.

@Howmag - /dkp has been replaced with /gdc
though I don't actually use the ingame DKP functions so can't help there.
