hello I found this Site today and i Downloaded the Latest stable version under All games,

I am currently trying to run this dkp system for Runes of Magic the game. i look over your How to install video under Quicktips.

But i cant seem to find a Config.php file any one in the directory of RaR i downloaded. i even installed Flash FXP maybe it would show it to me, but nothing,

any one kno what im missing?? to do i need to dump the rar files somewhere? there currently in my desktop

Step 1:
Unpack the whole content of the EQDKP directory and upload it to your FTP

this is confusing me also

You need to have a webhost to host ALL files or you may use a internal server (if your skilled)

Assuming you have this... do exactly as it says.. upload the files setup the database and you will be good to go.

just create an empty file called config.php and chmod it to 0666
