Does anybody know if one exists, and if so, is it compatible with eqdkp-plus?

No, there currently is no model viewer.

Reason's for no model viewer include:

Proprietary DLL used for encapsulating the data into .DAT files
All files within .dat appear to have no extension, or headers.

the list goes on, but from what i've seen / heard. Turbine has squished all the files into the dat's with no rhyme or reason to the method.

There was an extractor a few years back, but it was limited, it would extract the files, but without proper file headers, and extensions, it was impossible to tell what file was what.. etc..

so until someone way smarter than me can crack it and put it to good use, i don't foresee a model viewer any time soon.
