Hi,

I think this is the problem I have but I can't be sure. From what the translator is telling me, the problem isn't quite the same. It's only one person who doesn't show their 30 day/Lifetime attendance but they have never changed characters and nothing about their account has ever changed. When I look at the character's info, I see 100% for 30 days and 94% lifetime.

Can you tell me what I can do to get this to display the correct attendance?

usually these problems only occur, when you dont have multidkp activated.
so the problems should be fixed, when you create a multidkp-pool and assign all events to it.
but one warning: if you at any point of time, adjusted the dkp directly in the database, these changes will be lost, so it's best if you do a database backup in before.

Oh! I had the impression that was if we were keeping more than one type of dkp at a time.

Ok, so I activate multidkp in the plus settings, I've got that. Then how do I assign all events to it? Is that a separate step or does the multidkp see it when I start it? Also, will the adjustment bring this account up so it shows the proper attendance?

I've never changed anything in the database, so that should be ok then? Is there anything I should be aware of/worried about when I click the box to set up the multidkp?

you should at first add a "MultiDKP Pool", the option to do that is just a few lines below the plus-settings, there you can assign all the events, afterwards activate multidkp in the plus settings and everything should be fine.

I have added the pool but not sure this is right. We have three raids per week, just labeled by the day, since we visit several instances each night. I have just added all three days to a multi dkp pool. Is that correct or am I supposed to put each day into a separate pool? I'm unclear, from the instructions, whether I should separate things out.

no you shuold not separate, because then each day would count for itself, so you had one type of dkp for one day each. meaning dkp you earn on one day you cant spent on other days. one single pool is just fine.

Wow, I must have really done something wrong. I set up the pool with the Sun, Wed, and Thur raids as all part of it. Then I enabled it but it seemed to take out about 200-210 dkp from each member, so that some were actually in the hole (a huge no-no!) and everyone's dkp was wrong. I can't figure out why it would want to do this. Did I miss a step?

EDIT: Wait! I think I know. Some of our members came to this system from an old one and the opening balance for their dkp was adjusted. Thinking back to the "manual adjustment in the database" I think that's where the problem sprang from. I'll check into that a bit more, but I think that's the answer. Meanwhile, thanks for all the help!

you could just add an individual adjustment, so the dkp values are fine again.
