GPL compatible without commercial usage rights might be ok. as this liscense is not gpl valid any longer, it'll not be gpl valid fore sure ;)

I know what you are pointing at and i know that is isn't allowed to release CC "products" with GPL parts. What Wallenium and I are trying to say is that we stoped using the old GPL core already, so there is no need for us to use the GPL copyleft anymore.

The CC might not be the best solution, but it fits our needs at the moment until we release the 0.7 stable. But as mentioned about 3 times now. We are aware of the situation and are already investigating it.

Wouldn't be just best to close the thread and remove it? First time I have seen someone come on here and start cramming licensing down your throat for a project used by millions. Is there some lawsuit pending? Is this guy going to file such suit? Is there some toes your are stepping on with this project?

to the OP get a life and leave eqdkp plus and the people who support it alone.
