I also had fix other many non-latin text problems. (text en/decoding issue)

Almost features works properly in Korean environment.

If you want these codes, i will upload.

I'd translated many many strings to translate.eqdkp-plus.com but no one didn't confirm that.

please anyone who have authority confirm or authorize to me. I can deal with that.
