EQdkp-Plus - DKP System - Raidplaner - Guildportal - Gildenportal - WoW, Lotro, Runes of Magic home of the EQDKP Plus Projekt

I have the plugin for community builder that bridges EQDKP and Joomla 1.5 together. Works fine - except I cannot select two user groups.

I am a Super administrator on the site, which is a seperate usergroup from registered users. Who I want to have access to EQDKP. When I set the usergroup to 18 (Registered users on Joomla), I get locked out of the system, as I am not that group, instead I am a Super Administrator.

I need to use the same username for both - a tricky thing to do in Joomla, and also use the same email address, lest I miss out on important system emails.

Is there any way to give both me and my members access to the system? I hope you understand what I'm trying to ask.

If not; is there a workaround? I was going to create a new account solely for administrative purposes, but that leaves my characters account unable to post news on the main site; as I have to be a registered user, as opposed to a publisher/editor/administrator!

Ideally, I want to have the character Hjolnir able to log in, and have administrative controls in both systems without glitches... Instead of being locked out of one or the other, just so I can give my other members access to it! Frustrating to say the least!

Help would be lovely.

In general i don't wanna touch it anymore before the 0.7 base recode, since it kills time, but if you really need this i can produce a special version for ya, but there are two requirements.

First: Fill out your profile, please. noidea and latest aren't real versions
Second: a little donation to my paypal account.

Not sure if you have resolved this yet or not, but you may want to mess around with NOIX. What I did is basically recreate my Joomla users but upside down, or backwards in access. This way my higher users have all the access the lower users do too. I had many issues with Joomla 15's built in users and the group feature is terrible. Check out NOIX addon. It is a must have for any joomla webmaster
