EQdkp-Plus - DKP System - Raidplaner - Guildportal - Gildenportal - WoW, Lotro, Runes of Magic home of the EQDKP Plus Projekt

I scanned all 9 pages of the forum before posting, so if i missed the answer to this issue, I apologize and ask if you please link me the appropriate thread. Here's my info:

2. PHP Version - 5.2.5 MySQL Version - 5.0.45

3. Warcraft Itemstats priority (sorry not sure what this means...)

4. EQDKP Plus version 0.4.4.5

5. I upgraded EQDKP 1.3.2 to EQDKP Plus 0.4.4.5. I installed EQDKP Plus into a test dkp site I set up (incase i screwed something up). The test DKP site was set up with the same info from our normal dkp site (dkp.dhguild.net). It went through the install fine, but all our personal data is gone (i.e. no members, no raids, no items, no adjustments). I'm sure there's a simple solution... but i can't find it.

Do you have installed this into the same database?
I hope you have change the table Prefix! If not you have overwrite your old data.
This was ia BIG issue in the original Eqdkp install Script!

jfi: I have fix this in 0.6. If an installation exists, you get a warning, that you loose all your data, if you continue the installation, with the same table prefix.

I'm not sure I understand you 100%

This is what I did...

# Download Version 0.4.4.5.
# Backup your Config.php
# upload everythin to your eqdkp folde on your webserver. Dont override the config.php. (or restore your backup)
# Login, open the Admin Menu an follow the instructions.

Actually what happened on step 4 was I got an installation screen... not the admin panel of EQDKP Plus.

I didn't change anything in the SQL Database before I overwrote the 1.3.2 files. I didn't know I had to.

So, you're saying I needed to change my table prefixes before I overwrote the old files? Or should I just change the EQDKP_ table prefix at the install (I think I saw this option).

OK I wiped everything and started over.

I renamed the tables in the database before overwriting the old EQDKP files with the EQDKP Plus files.

When I go to the dkptest.dhguild.net site I get this error:

Fatal error: Could not obtain configuration information in /home/dhguildn/public_html/dkptest/includes/eqdkp.php on line 108

OK i fixed that, just forgot to change something in the config.php file.

but its still screwed up... it didn't overwrite any of the old data this time... but i can't "integrate" it w/EQDKP Plus... none of the EQDKP Plus options in the admin panel are working. Its basically our old DKP site with class and race icons on the standings page...

I know there's got to be something I'm missing, but I can't figure it out. I've poured over this forum tried all the suggestions that seemed relevant/helpful and I renamed the tables in my database... ><

anyone at all?
