Hey guys was hoping someone can help me on some questions about auto-minus.

1: Will auto-minus only trigger from imported raids with this plug in? Manual input raids will not be counted?

2: If i do not use null-sum and just want the dkp to disappear and no one gets it.. Can this be done?

3: Reset Raid count - This tooltip is very confusing. Let me see if this is how it work...
If raid count is at 3: Someone missed 3 raids, then on 4th raid he was also gone (-dkp raid 4), Then he came back for raid 5, Will his Raid count reset at 3 again? So he gets a fresh 3 raids before more -dkp? Also is this 3 consecutive raids?

That pretty much what i need to know. I guess i might have to use null-sum but that is fine =p

1: it will trigger only on importing a raid, but will also count manually inserted raids
2: you dont need to activate null-sum, the player will get an adjustment (which can be deleted, manually) with the set up value (negative, but dont enter a negative number, would result in positive dkp).
3: it is always consecutive, so missing 2 raids, being one there and missing another one again, would not result in minus.
the "reset raid count" option: lets assume you have set the number of raids to 5, meaning when importing a raid, which is the fifth someone misses, he'll get minus.
you import the next raid, the player who received minus for not being there the fifth raid, misses again. if he'll get minus, depends on the "reset"-option now:
reset option set to yes: the player wont get minus for missing the sixth consecutive raid, he'll get minus for the 10th, 15th, and so on.
if you have deactivated "reset"-option, he'll receive minus for every raid he misses consecutively after his 5th raid, so minus for raids: 5, 6, 7, 8, ...

I hope this feature is working, not many used it till now, afaik. (But maybe it's just working fine, so i just didnt notice how many use it ;) )

Thanx,

Its now working properly.

Only 1 more question is should i have "adjustments" turned on for the adjustments to work right? or that is only for hourly split gains?

ty for all your help.

hmm...

even with adjustments on... its showing me adding the lack of participation and its adding it to the caracters... but it is not taking the DKP away...

I have a test member at 5 dkp and he has x2 -3 dkp adjustments from the lack of partiticipation but he is still at 5dkp.

Any idea?

you have to enable multidkp, but if you did at any point of time direct adjustments in the database (regarding dkp) they will be lost.
just create a multidkppool and assign all events to it.

So one of my officers had a few questions on the IMPORT DKP parts... Its driving her nuts --- Here is her post.

--
1) Is there any way for it to save the value of a raid so I don’t have to put it in manually each time. For example:
Import DKP copy paste parse hit send…. Next screen you see an event drop down menu where you can pick the event however it doesn’t auto fill the raid value in. Is there a setting I need to change or will it never do that? Never mind another mouse click will fill it in, recalculate raid value and note yay. So forget this question

2) We are imputing everything as a seprate raid so we don’t use the add boss kill or raid feature.

3) On to the next screen Forward check member Data… so we are double checking to make sure each member is in fixing people that are on alts. GREAT FEATURE ! Let’s say I need to add a member. Is there way to have a drop down menu with people that are in our database? We sometimes have people on standby. I do see that option in the add adjustment area right before you insert the DKP with the drop down menu of people already in our database is it possible to add it to this area also? PS This area is also has a bug in it. It starts with number 2 instead of 1.

4) Forward check items, let’s say we killed lord green scale and he dropped three loots, so we want to add three items in. Is there a way for items we have already entered into the database to be in a drop down menu for adding faster? Instead of having to type out the name of each item each time? We know we will have to put the bid in manually that’s fine but if we were able to have a drop down menu for items that are already in the database it would speed it up a lot. A lot like the drop down menu where you can pick the looter based on who was at the raid . Is there an option we need to change or is this not possible yet?

---

Got any answers for her? she bugging me!

in 0.6 i wont do anything, but for 0.7 its a great idea to implement an autocomplete-field for itemname/ membername field, i made a note for myself, so i dont forget ;)
