So, this isn't a real "problem" so to speak, just a bit annoying.
Is there anyway to make that bet and win window go away, and only appear for loot of epic quality and above?
Because atm it pops up all the time when greens and above drops.

The Lootmaster has to set the quality-level to epic in Bet&Win Options. Thats all.
