Hallo,

immer wenn ich eine News hinzufügen möchte bekomme ich auf der Portalseite eine Fehlermeldung:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 912 bytes) in /home/.sites/33/site5/web/cataclysm/pluskernel/include/bbcode.class.php on line 84

Die Seite ist weiß und nichts passiert. Wenn ich die News wieder lösche, dann funktioniert wieder alles einwandfrei.

Habe schon die SuFu benutzt und einige Sachen dazugefunden. ZB dass ich in der php.ini das Memory Limit erhöhen soll. Allerdings ist das nicht so einfach, weil ein ehemaliges Gildenmitglied die Seite hostet.

Daher wollte ich wissen ob es noch eine andere Lösung für das Problem gibt.

nein keine wirkliche, 16Mb speicher sind heutzutage einfach zu wenig für die meisten websites, ab einer bestimmten größe macht das eqdkp+ dann einfach nicht mehr mit.
die einzige möglichkeit die evt funktioniert ist das löschen von daten, in deinem fall news, ich rate aber definitiv davon ab, da es a) nicht 100% funktionieren muss und b) du in Zukunft das Problem erneut haben wirst.

Was ist denn die optimal Größe fürs EQDKP?

Reicht es, wenn ichs erstma verdoppele? Also auf 32 MB?

sollte erstmal reichen, aber für die 0.7 sollten es schon 64mb sein
