Here is the situation. My guild has a char in it that has a ø in the name. CTRT import changes it to an o in our DKP site. So, instead of Ragnarøk it lists him as Ragnarok on the dkp site. It also lists him as that when the data is imported to GetDKP. Problem is that when Ragnarøk sends a tell for the item, GetDKP doesnt show him because he isnt listed in the DKP data it has since Ragnarøk != Ragnarok. We have been unable to get this as an alias in CTRT Import due to a limitation of the collation char set in use. And changing the collation screws everything up. Is there any way to adjust for this in GetDKP?

No there isn't. Using alias or renaming the char in eqdkp would be the only solution.

why don't you rename the char in eqdkp to Ragnarøk and turn off the option in ctrt to convert specials characters into non-special ones?

perhaps you should ask in the eqdkp-forum how to get the char with correct letter into eqdkp cause this is not releated to GetDKP.
