Okay im still playing around with getdkp
my question is is Get dkp Only fetch data from the site to the Game (import)? or can it be use to export from the game to the site?
if it can, how? i cant seem to find any documentation on it. All i can find is the readme and thats mostly just explained on how to install/get it working and its not updated yet (to the recent getdkp svn files structure)

I see that you can add the dkp using: /gdc+ name 100 raidname
it works fine, but how to update it to the site? manually?

my current technique is using Qdkp in conjunction with CT_raid tracker (for the raid loot report)
is GetDKP the same as Qdkp? Am i missing something here?

thank you for the help :)

You cant use etDKP to get the data back to EQDKP.
To Import in EQDKP you have to use CT-Raidtracker or similar.
GetDKP only can get the data from the Site to ingame, other way are other tools.
You can modify the DKP points of raidmembers ingame, that is Live DKP, but u can use this only ingame and not export back to the site.

so basicaly its the same method I use?

I use CT_raid to export the loot report etc and use Qdkp to manage the DKP for raids.

maybe I should bug the Qdkp dev to make an export feature to EQDKP :P

http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/5124/

some of the comments there are asking for an export to EQDKP
as of now, their export method is by reading the QDKP_V2.lua

As I understand Qdkp it works fully ingame.
So why export to EQDKP?

As you said you can use the CT_RaidTracker.

QDKP can only be seen by the DKPmaster or officers that have access to see the wow officer notes, so not available for the other members (non officers) to check. that is why im using EQDKP for our members to check his/her dkp.

yes i can use CT_raidtracker to export data from the game to the site, but thats only raid member names and loots from the raid not the DKP

I was hoping that GetDKP have this features :)

As far as I know there is no addon with this functionality.

Because every guild (or raid group) has different rules for awarding DKP points, such an addon would be very ineffective.
So you must export your DKP points manually. But you can use the GUI of the CTRT Importer in EQDKP. When importing to EQDKP this addon asks you for the DKP points.

The CT_RaidTracker even supports exporting DKP values for items. If you type "12 DKP" (without "") in the item notes in CT_RaidTracker, these values will automatically exported as the DKP cost of this item, so you don't have to enter them manually.

I was looking for the exact same thing as what you speak of, i remember the old getdkp allowed you a whole bunch of different options but no export, i still miss the old options the old getdkp had, like being able to be whispered and just right click a name and withdraw dkp or whatever
