Is anyone able to help with this?

I've tried re-uploading the files from eqdkp-epgp-0.6.2.5-0.5.tar.gz but still get the same thing. Multi-dkp gives me 0 for all tables.

If I upload the original files I get the correct values, same as just turning the EP/GP section off.
The EP/GP mode updates a listmemers.php - however going into a character's details view using viewmember.php that doesn't manage to create the values correctly with EP/GP enabled either.

Hello,

i recently joined the EQdkp community. I'm trying to setup the new guild website with this CMS. but we are using EPGP system.

I would like to know if this mod is still working with version 0.6.3 ? or do we have any info on when the 0.6.7 version is coming out ?

I am unable to download the old version (0.6.2.5). I am assuming that the files in the attached archive won't work if you have the 0.6.3.0 inststalled and just replace them. :(

Does this mod involve template changes, or could it be converted into a Plug or something, that could be more easily-maintained in future versions?

Just thought i'd add to this myself as well.

Just like most others, I can not get this to work. I even tried installing the old version of EQDKP-Plus (0.6.2.5), but that also did not work.

Basicly, I get all the settings right, but have the same issue several others have posted here. It shows Earned/Spent/Current as 0.

Any chanse that anyone could have a look and see at this thing?

Lookie here, just because I decided to send a PM to the guy who made this today, I actually figured out what was wrong - apart from the me beeing an idiot thingy.

It actually turns out that this works just perfectly, even in 0.6.3.4. Important notice however if it shows nothing at all for you, is that "Raid Window (Weeks)" must be filled in. You can't set it to 0 and have it inactivated.

I just filled in 500 (if this guild is still running in 500 weeks i'd be surprised) and voila - it works!

Hey, thanks so much for replying! So you did get it working with the new version, you just need to make sure that the Raid Window value is filled in?

make sure that ALL values are filled in. In my case the problem was that I set Raid Window to 0 (meaning to de-activate it) which was why it didn't show anything for me.

Great, thanks again! Will give this a test soon. We currently use House of Elder's mod for EQDKP, which includes Decay. EQDKP-Plus won't support decay until next version (hopefully), but I did see a MySQL script that will decay current values. It didn't include a log and an undo function, but we likely wouldn't need that, ourselves.

So I might be able to move to EQDKP-Plus sooner than I thought! :D

I recently learned that just inputting some really large number for "Raid Window" to basicly have it disabled aint such a great idea. Was very noticable when doing some testing.

What it does, is basicly making a new entry for each week, and test it each time. So if you input 500 weeks like I did, for each member on your site, it will make 500 SQL queries where it normally would do 1.

That means that for each member you will do 500*3 queries = 1500 SQL queries for each member. Say that you have 50 members (not a very large number) you will do 75000 SQL queries when you go to the listmembers page.
That can crash a server, and if not, it will atleast make it really really slow.


It seems like this mod will work great if you are using a raid window, but if you don't, it's pretty much un-usable as it can't be disabled. For me, a raid window is not an option, and therefor I guess I will just have to wait until EQDKP-Plus does this nativly, as there seems to be little intrest in updating this mod, and I don't know enough to do it myself.
