You'll have to forgive my complete noobness here but, I have no idea what or where the dkp_list.php is or what should be put into it before upload.
Could someone show me an example of what to put in one if I have to make my own.

dkp_list.php is a script page that pulls your dkp info from your data and put it into a readable format for the addon it should come with get dkp or whatever system you using and shouldnt need changing in any way. all you need to do is copy the .php file into the root dir of your eqdkp installation and then point your addon to where it is for instance my guilds is at

I thought there should be one but I can't find it anywhere in the getdkp folder or sub folders, it's the getdkp that came with EQDKP plus in the WoW_Addons folder, also looked in the stand alone getdkp download and no dkp_list.php in there either.

Anybody help with this one, I definatetly don't have a dkp_list.php in the zip download, if someone could copy and paste there's for me please.

The dkp_list.php is outdated. There should be a getdkp.php in your eqdkp-root. with the getdkp-addon there comes a dkp.exe which opens a gui to enter some paths. Here goes the path to your getdkp.php and your wow-installation. The dkp.exe (should be version 9.2) then downloads your data from your website to GetDKP.

Thanks for the explanation Sylna, now it all makes sense, the files you mention are there, I've downloaded the latest stable eqdkp_plus zip with the getdkqp addon in that, so I presume it's the latest.
