Hi,
I searched for this issue here around, but found nothing.
Got a problem with deleting a comments for news, no mine neither others, I am administrator, and checked for News module permissions, everything is on.
Other user can't delete his comment too, even if he got all permissions for News ( Add /Update / Delete).
I have a red cross (for deleting I presume) but when I click it - nothing happends.

Show me the direction to look in, please.

P.S.: I got the same problem with shoutbox plugin, click the cross but it just starting to show turning around arrows and nothing happends.

Seems to be a Javascript Error. Reupload the libraries.

You mean "Libraries" folder of original installation zip folder?
It's quite a running site, at least I am trying to fill it up with people and content ecc, will I loose any data by performing this? I mean raidplanner events ecc?

One more thing, users says me is slow loading, I disabled a lot of modules, now from 10-15 seconds site loads in 3-4. Any idea?

yeah, I mean the libraries-folder. And no, you won't loos you data, because it's stored in the Database.

loading time: disable modules wihich needs external connection, thisis slow. the rest will be done by the caching system in 0.7, you'll have to wait a bit...
