EQdkp-Plus - DKP System - Raidplaner - Guildportal - Gildenportal - WoW, Lotro, Runes of Magic home of the EQDKP Plus Projekt

Rule 1: Provide all necessary information about your system and EQDKP-Plus. Without this information you will not receive any support.

First of all you should edit your board profile: ucp.php?i=profile&mode=profile_info
Please provide the last 4 fields, so we can access the important information whenever needed.
On this picture you can see the 4 required fields.

You may provide this information in your board signature. This will save us some time and research.

Most important are:

EQDKP-Plus version
PHP and mySQL version
installed web server (Apache / IIS / lighttpd).

A simple link to a phpinfo() file will ease getting those information. We have attached such a file. Download, decompress, upload the file to your webspace and post a link.

Aditional there is a .htaccess file attached which will enable the displaying of errors instead of sending just a blank page. Download, decompress, rename to .htaccess and upload it to your eqdkp directory. Note: This only works if your hoster enabled .htaccess features.


Please ensure that you provide access and clear screenshots of diplay and calculation problems. Nothing is more depressing than asking people to open their sites or support us with delivering data. If you need support in such situations, create a testuser and send us the login information after being asked for.

If you need support for plug-ins, mods or templates, you need to provide the used version.
We expect you to use the latest version linked in the download section or the corresponding topic.

Rule 2: Don’t write us private messages
If we need information, we will ask you. Our pm boxes are filled with tons of messages, so we don’t need your pm to steal important time. You will not receive more attention and in worst case be ignored or banned.

Rule 3: We only support most recent official releases
There is no support for versions taken from the SVN repository or non-official linked beta versions. We appreciate that you understand we cannot support unofficial hacks, mods and plug-ins. Please take up with the author of those.

Rule 4: Use the search engine of the board
Use all words corresponding to your request. If you want to modify the header links, try searching for header, template, tabs etc. If you have done searching, tell us what you have searched for, this will help us providing better information. This will eliminate double posts, which saves unnecessary work and time loss. Each lost time will delay development

Rule 5: Post your requests and questions in the right sub sections
Posting in the right subboards will enable the supporters and developers to find your request in short time. Any wrong posted topic may be ignored, deleted, closed or moved.
Questions regarding plug-ins and portal modules belong in there correct boards.

Rule 6: Wishes are and will ever be just wishes. There is no claim we will fulfil those
Donating to the team or an author may provide some time spend for your wishes.

Rule 7: Conform to the etiquette
Always keep in mind that the developers and supporters work voluntarily. Please be kind and direct. Any violation of this rule will result in a ban.

Rule 8: Use expressive topic titles and contents
Describe every fact clear and exact. Please write down what you have done in historical order, so we can reproduce your doing and find the bug. Short and precise is the way which will lead to a fast support answer. Don’t write novels!

Regel 9: Structure and grammar of your posts
Take time to write your post. Spelling and grammar should be as correct as possible, so we don’t need to spend time on interpreting what you want to tell us. Punctuation characters are a structural characteristic but are in no means symbols to describe the importance of your request. Sometimes we miss posts which use many (!) exclamation marks to describe their importance. Many question marks question the sense of your question and they don’t show importance.
Please stand off using gaming language or 1337 speech. LOL, ROFL, NARF, ZOMFG etc. are no words and shouldn’t be used in factual postings. People who want to signify their happiness should use one of our smileys. They are there to be used, not just getting dusty.

Please ensure your keyboard is functional. If you have a broken caps lock, replace it. Texts in major letters tell us, that you want play up trifles.

You want us to take our time and every effort to support you in every detail. So take your time to state your request.

We do not and will never support freeshards or private server. In the majority of cases those violate legal terms of the original developers / provider, which means those servers are illegal.
We want to repudiate us from such services in the strongest terms. Requests for modification of EQDKP-Plus, its modules and any other units of our service will be ignored, deleted or banned.
