Hi,

I attempted to install EQdkp on a test site and when I load the page all I get is a blank page?

I've read through some other posts regarding this issue and none of them relate to my issue I dont think?

If you need server info, php or anything like that I can send it on a PM if thats OK!

White page = fatal error. Check the server's error-logs.

nope. no personal messages. use the forums.

1. edit your profile. php version 666 doesn't exist. if you wanna have help, we need this information.
2. post the error out of the error log. should start with: "fatal error". (or have a look at the timestamp...)

OK here are the details.

Apache version 2.2.17
Perl version 5.8.8 (more info)
PHP version PHP/5.2.16, also available 4.4.9
MySQL version 5.0.91

The reason I asked if I could send a PM is Im not sure how to view my log, never needed to do it before :D

google for "apache php error log" if its your own server.

Its not my server, its just your usual basic hosting package at the moment, Im just using it to test things out before we purchase a server.

nope. we cannot help every user individually. as i said: white page == fatal error == fault of your server. (or in my words: your server does not fit the requirements and you have to reveil whats missing)
