Several of my guildmates had this issue last night with chat and they do not have GetDKP installed.
I am not sure if they narrowed down which addon or which library may have been causing the issue.
It does not sound like you have narrowed it down to GetDKP exclusively, so I would suggest enabling only that when you log in next and see if the issue persists.
Also update all of your addons to the latest versions, many have had multiple small updates since patch. Also selectively include your out of date addons, adding them one at a time.
I suggest ACP (you can find the link to it on Curse) it is an ingame addon control panel and will allow you to disable and enable addons and reloadui, saving you from having to log in and out to troubleshoot.
