the problem occurs, i believe, when you start the raid on one day and end it on the other (server-time), it doesnt matter who inserts the raid then, because the time is always saved in servertimezone.

one idea here: you are only interested in 30-day attedance during the raid? then you could insert the raid first in the past (2months or so) and after the raid correct the date.

Hmm I like the idea of using a past date but the system we use to post to eqdkp wouldn't do that and not using it would be worse than tracking the percentage problem.

Our raids are set to end at 8:55 Pacific time, just so the date won't roll over in eastern time, which is what the server is set at. I've checked that server times and date are correct as well. I guess I'll have to think on what else I can do to fix it.
